My Story

As I was busy making other plans in life, Reflexology found me again when I came across an “Introduction to Reflexology” class at a local cegep, that was starting that very day. It almost jumped out at me! The rest as they say, is history. 

Reflexology truly intrigues and inspires me. I am very passionate and dedicated in my work. 

For as long as I could remember, I have always been drawn to, and interested in holistic, alternative and complementary healing methods. Although my life as a young adult took me down a path of studying and earning a Bachelor of Arts degree and then a corporate career, this other interest never left me. It began with a certification in Reiki that I used only on my kids. Not too long after, I discovered a step-by-step book on Reflexology that I also used on my kids. This turned out to be an invaluable guide over the years in helping my family and me manage our stress and ailments.   Many years later, as I was busy making other plans in life, Reflexology found me again when I came across an “Introduction to Reflexology” class at a local cegep, that was starting that very day. It almost jumped out at me! I signed up and attended the first class. The rest as they say, is history. I felt as though I had found my purpose in life. 

I just couldn’t learn it all fast enough. I was hooked and intrigued by everything Reflexology. I became certified in Foot Reflexology in 2016, and Hand Reflexology one year later, and my learning and studying just keeps on going. I have since left the corporate world and have made Reflexology my new career! Now, I wake up every morning feeling blessed and honoured to be helping my clients through Reflexology, and never having to “work” another day in my life!

I am based in the West Island of Montreal, and have clients from as far out as Ste Adele, Mascouche, Laval and surrounding areas.
